DESERT DWELLER

Much like the surface of this Turquoise the web of life is complicated, intricately woven between all aspects of living and nonliving entities in a particular place. In the sacred desert, life seems to be existing against the odds, within the hostile and harsh extremes. As it turns out, each and every facet of this environment is placed perfectly as it is, both depending on others for survival and serving a critical role in the survival of others. Carefully composed and willfully harmonized, this pendant echoes the complex nature of these relationships. Slowly and deliberately constructed, each individual piece is connected by many points of contact, eventually forming one stable and rhythmic form.
